Twitter Contest: Win a $25 Gift Certificate

Starting in October 2011 and running through December 31, 2011, you are encouraged to participate in our twitter contest. 

We have been working hard to build up our online social communities and we want you to be a part of them.  What better way to encourage you to follow all the great things Rockymountaindecor.com has to say than by offering great prizes on Twitter.

We will hold a random drawing on, January 4th, 2012, where a follower of ours will be selected to win our grand prize:  a $25 gift certificate to use at rockymountaindecor.com. No matter how many followers we receive, we will select one grand-prize winner at random.  

BONUS!!! If rockymountaindecor.com reaches more than 2,000 followers by January 4th, 2012, we will also award 2 more $25 gift certificates.

Official Contest Rules

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and win the prize, each entrant must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 and those affiliated with Rockymountaindecor.com are ineligible to enter any contest/drawing and/or win any prize. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a receipt. The drawing is open to legal U.S. residents currently living in the U.S., and is void where prohibited/restricted by law. No purchase necessary to enter or to win.

To Enter

To be entered into this contest, each entrant must tweet "Twitter Contest:  Win a $25 Gift Certificate Follow @rockyMNTdecor #25GIFTCERT",  hash tag #25GIFTCERT which can be verified by a reverse Twitter search. All eligible tweets must be shared directly from rockymountaindecor.com (not retweets). Contestants can share as many jobs as they would like, only one (1) entries per person will be valid for drawing. Once this information has been tweeted on Twitter.com, you will automatically be entered to win. No phone calls, faxes, mailed letters or other submissions will be accepted. To be eligible to win the prize, tweets must be posted by January 4, 2012. 

Selection of Winners

The winner(s) of gift card(s) will be chosen and notified through Twitter.com via Direct Message (DM) from Rockymountaindecor.com. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be chosen through Random.org website. 

Prize

The winner(s) will receive one (1) $25 gift card; approximate value $25, to Rockymountaindecor.com. The winner must provide valid contact information in order to receive a prize. Prizes not claimed within seven (7) days of issuance of notification will be forfeited. If the winner is unable to claim the prize, no alternative prize will be offered. No substitutions or exchanges of the prize will be permitted. rockymountaindecor. reserves the right to substitute the prize if it is unable to provide the listed prize for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

Rockymountaindecor.com reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the #25GIFTCERT Contest or any entrant's participation in the #25GIFTCERT Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond rockymountaindecor.com's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the #25GIFTCERT Contest, or in the event rockymountaindecor.com otherwise becomes incapable of running the #25GIFTCERT Contest as contemplated herein.

Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the #25GIFTCERT Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Rockymountaindecor.com , the  #25GIFTCERT Contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined by Rockymountaindecor.com 's in its sole and absolute discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the  #25GIFTCERT Contest. Rockymountaindecor.com  reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the  #25GIFTCERT Contest.
