Terms of Service

By signing up with our affiliate program(s), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented herein. There are strict penalties for non-compliance, including immediate termination from our affiliate program. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Brand Representation

Publishers may not represent themselves as Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor or as a representative for any of the brands we carry. Publishers may not serve any Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor site products through their shopping cart. Framing of any Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor site is not permitted.

Affiliate Domain Names and URLs

Publisher websites must have a unique URL (including subdomain and URL path) and may not use Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor trademarked brand names or any misspellings or variations of our name or trademarked names in urls or domain names. Use of our vendor trademarked names or variations in URLs is not allowed.

Pay per Click Search Engine Bidding

Publishers may not use in ad copy or bid on Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor, any misspellings or variations of our company name and domain names. PUBLISHERS MAY NOT DIRECT LINK to Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor domain or pages. Publisher traffic MUST FIRST LAND ON THE APPROVED AFFILIATE SITE. Claims such as 'authorized dealer' or 'official store' can never be used in ad copy.

Affiliates may not copy Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor ads, including link, title, and/or description. All ad links MUST GO TO AFFILIATE LANDING PAGE. Blind re-directs are expressly prohibited.

Special Promotions, Coupons

Publishers may promote our coupons, but must include the sale end date in all advertisements. Special sales information and coupons must be removed as soon as the offer ends. Special sales must be advertised as “Available for a limited time only.”

Spam and Electronic Messages

Under no circumstances shall Publisher send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the “Act”], with respect to Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor's Affiliate Program. For clarification, this does not prohibit Publisher from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. In addition, except as expressly authorized by Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor, any and all electronic messages initiated or sent by Publisher or on Publisher’s behalf must identify Publisher as the sender and may not suggest or imply, or mislead or be likely to mislead a recipient into believing that the Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor site is the sender or sponsor of, or has procured Publisher to send, such electronic messages. To be clear, Publisher may not use a return address, subject heading, header information or message contents that misleads or confuses or is likely to mislead or confuse a recipient as to Publisher being the sender.

Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor must approve all electronic messages before sending.

Datafeeds

Datafeeds are available only to approved Publisher sites. Publishers may not submit Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor datafeeds to any shopping portal such as Google Base as stated in their terms of service.
